And what a sale it was! The commission wasn't anything to get excited about.. but it's better than a poke in the eye I guess. At least I've proved to myself that big $$$ items do sell. Time for me to stop selling cell phones and gadgets and focus on BIG THINGS!.
Congratulations! I managed to get a car sale a while ago. I recall it looking something like that one but with some kind of sky lift at the rear
Congratulations. People have change attitude to buy big stuff and expansive stuff. What is next for buyers, buy house?
I am still struggling to sell something, can you share how you manage get this done, is that PPC traffic.
Not much, about $27 I think - was only a $4000ish sale. I'm just happy that my car sales site is now "officially" converting, it's only been up for a few weeks and has had almost zero promotion. I think today was probably just a lucky hit. I just wish it was a Porsche that sold, not a crappy old truck.
Hehe neat, I had a smaller car sale out of no where yesterday. Not really related to what my store sells but I'll take it for the few extra $ http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170151126292
Yes, it works. I made a car sale from my site a couple weeks ago. The commission was only $57, but I'm hoping it picks up from here! My site is about 3 months old.
I dont know... which is why i asked. How would eBay / CJ know if the person goes to pick up the car and pays cash... or decides when he gets there doesnt want it ?
Since you get percentage of the auction fees that the seller has to pay to eBay, I guess it all depends on if the seller pays eBay or not.
That's right. If the winner of the auction does not pay the seller, the seller files a Non-paying Bidder form and eBay refunds their fees.
If I can recall them correctly, ebay dont use final value fee for big ticket items. they only have listing fee. so regardless of the sale outcome, seller still have to pay the listing fee. meaning you still get paid.
