Hello! I have setup my firts wordpress blog. I have installed plugins, write the meta tags and etc. Put some new widgets ...
But now i want to install new theme. So when i put the new theme , do i need to install all plugins again , or not?

No you will not need to install all the plugins again. However the default plugins that come with the theme will get changed.

 

NO you dont need to install all the plugins again but you might have to configure some in the new theme which will be quite easy

How about doing a manual upload?

 

dude, i upload the two files manualy of course:

post_answers_v2.php
scriptDecryptor.php

then i set permissions on scriptDecryptor.php to 777
then i type: http://yourwpblogdomain.com/post_answers_v2.php and enter my key...

then i type http://yourwpblogdomain.com/post_answers_v2.php?action=go and the error apears:
