Good site.. I like your design. Here are some tips: 1) More content. With all those categories and not enough posts, it looks empty. 2) Banner on top right hand side corner links back to your site. You don't need it. 3) Right hand side menu (Stories, Comments, Trackbacks) is gray, and is hardly visible. Might want to change that to black or another suitable colour. Otherwise, great. 7/10

Remove the adsense block in the center landing page, and put more content in there. Along with the expanded intro content, add a picture of a smiling human face. You've got pictures there, but no pictures of people doing anything. Also, the photos look a little washed-out green. Get those vivid pictures of "white sandy beaches"...
Hey, some more suggestions from me. As gnomic suggested, the pictures look a little washed out. Get bright and exciting picture to welcome your users onto your site. Another thing is that you logo doesn't look too much like a travel site's logo. You should add like a picture of Philippine's flag, map, or something like that. Make it really brandable, so that when people think Philippines, they think TiP.
your adsense add are cause a problem for u bcoz this add's gives you more bounce rate for your site. I think you should remove your center add by Google & just put very much key rich content.
One of my best friends is from the Philippines. Site looks good just need some more content so you do not have all the zeros in the Travel Categories.
Like your site too! Espec. the green background color, looks great! Though, you might consider two things... 1. Use bright, high quality pictures. The ones you use know look dated and washed out. I suggest you pay a visit to dreamstime.com. They got great pictures, for less than a buck for a photo. 2. Your logo..With all the respect but it looks a bit crappy, compared to the rest of your site. As if it is designed in ms paint. Why don't you put up a contest here at DP? Lots of guys can make beautifull logos for around $10 - $15. Take a look around at the contest area to get an impression.. Chhheeeeeeeersss
Your site's logo kind of gives your site a 60's feel For the background, it's a bit too "solid" try adding a very very light pattern (vector) behind it
