Is it possible?

I was just wondering if it's possible to sell a newly registered domain name within days of registering it or would I have to wait 60 days etc..?

You would have to wait 60 days before you can transfer it to someone else

 

Read the rules of your register. Some allow you to push it into another person's account before the 60 days but you can not transfer it to another domain register until 60 days are up.

You have to wait 60 before you can transfer the domain to another registrar. You should be able to PUSH the domain to another account within the same registrar any time

 

I know that at least for GoDaddy, the rule is just that you can't transfer to a different registrar for 60 days, like everyone's already said. But there aren't usually limitations on how quickly you can or can't transfer to another account.
