Hello I make paypal account & i wanted add visa card to credit card option After add my visa card, paypal show this error: You have entered an invalid Expanded Use Number. Please try again. The Expanded Use Number can be found on your credit card statement (account history). The Expanded Use Number is not the last 4 digits of your credit card . Then, after add last 4 digits, paypal show this error: This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using Then this error: Your account access is limited Now, what i do ? Can i use my visa card again ? because I don't want use another visa card How can i fix this problem Thank you
Probably the card is used in another account aswell! Is this possible? I think you will have to add another card, maybe a VCC
I guess you have entered the last 4 digits of your card expuse no what number you have entered, Was that from your statement on deduction of $1.95 by paypal? PM me for more info.

Not sure what is wrong there, just check the expiry date of your CC to make sure that you are using valid card.
Here you id the mistake, expuse no. is not the last digit of your card. Expuse no is which you get when paypal charges $1.95 from your card for verification, if you check your statement, In that statement you can 4-digit expuse no in that transaction.
Ah, the expander use code is not your last 4 digits of your credit card, it is a set of numbers which would be listed on your credit card statement for Paypal. Once it fails on that card, you cannot use that credit card again. You will need to use another credit card. On your statement for the Paypal transaction which charges you $1.95, it should have in the description as PP *1234 EXPUSE That number is the Expander Use Code. Maybe you can call Paypal up and explain your mistake. You might be given the chance to resolve the issue. Tell them the 4 digits which you enter is exactly the same as the your 4digits of your credit card.

the $1.95 is in US$. If you are not from the US then your bank will convert it to your local currency. If you do not see a charge on your credit card by paypal, it would not have appeared yet. Usually it takes about 3 to 4 days before the transaction would appear on your online credit card statement. You cannot use this visa card for this account or any other new accounts which you may sign up for.
sorry,paypal will limit your new account if you do this..pp tracks all credit card info..trust me..im kinda an expert when it comes to these things..my suggestion is follow what paypal says..pm me if u have more questions..
