I was under impression that genuine PR5(not faked, and not dropped domain) sites are starting from $5000 not $500
PR6 site could bring you $1000/month only in link sales. Do you really think someone will sell site for 1/2 month revenue?

 

I would have assumed that price was a typo but since you've typed it twice it can't be. There is no way you are getting genuine pr5+ thats over 2 years old for that money.

 

I agree with you if it was that easy to get a pr 5 site I am sure most of us would have had it by now

I have a strong PR5, actually shows predicted PR6 at iWebtool. I have not purchased a single link for that site. It is a free PHP script that people use, and in return they link back to the site, therefore the always increasing natural links. My asking price on the site is $25k USD.

 

Can you show me some examples of PR5/6 sales for less?

I don't mean some crap like this one, which is dropped domain, that will loose PR to 0 with a next update
