Is there a way I can take an article written in Notepad and have the words counted? I know I can't count every word in Notepad and I can't use Word, etc.

So is there a site I can do it on?

Out of curiousity why would you write in anything other than Word? The features that it offers for grammatical mistakes will help your writing.

I don't need help with my grammar, all I need is a place to write. Notepad works best for me. I do all my work on it.

Why what? Why you copied and pasted my entire post to meet the minimum amount of characters required to submit a post? Or why did you not just use the quote button?

Use Edit Plus 2 or Notepad++

They replace notepad on your PC and are great for coding :D:D:D
