    Hi,

I got a mail from an anonymous person asking me to sell my Blog.
Though I may not think of selling it rite now still curious to know about the price at which I should sell in case I decide to sell.

MY blog is located at http://blog.techiezone.in

I am earning an avg of 2 dollars per day frm Adsense and traffic is avg of 200 per day. Blog is PR 3 and 6 months old. Technorati ranking is around 58 K.

I will be honored if u guys check out my site ansd suggest a price for it. Please tell a correct price which u feel that you can buy incase I am selling it to you.

If you use the 5-10x monthly income calculation method, that would put your blog value at $300-600. If I were in the market for a site like that, I'd probably be willing to pay $200-300 for it, but I probably would be a low bidder.

If you are getting over 90% US traffic then I'd say that you blog is worth at least $1000.

If you are getting "world" traffic then you'll get 10x Adsense income.

You have to remember that US traffic is worth a LOT more than just the sum of Adsense x10... you can also link up affiliate products, link sales, direct sponsorships and so on.

Your blog is updated frequently and has potential to retain visitors and turn them into subscribers... therefore you can make a small amount of money on each return visitor and this increases the long term value greatly.

You must of course have some history.
