    I think if you send them a email with 1 signature or a thousand, the answer will be the same and in the same timeframe.

    Google decides when the world of SERP changes (based on PR) and they do not need to tell the word when they plan and/or not plan to do this.

    i think google is developing a new algo. for paid links.

    they are developing and trying and if they did not like the result, they are modifying the algo. again.

    i think they are waiting to finish that algo.
