you made a mistake here. you forgot to end the quote after my first posting, so it made it seem like I know a chef, when I really don't.

do you mean to advise them to buy a headset so they have their hands free or do you mean people who can drive using a headset cell phone combo to control the car?

cuz the second one sounds awesome.

I told you to stay away from those parks.

I don't believe headsets make driving any safer. When talking on the phone your concentration is taken away from driving, it has nothing to do with using your hands. I normally only use one hand to drive, it is nothing for my other hand to move from the center console to the phone.

Be that as it may, 7/10 if I see a gomer driving (going slow, taking forever to turn or accelerate, bobbing and weaving), it usually happens that they are also talking on a cell.

I'm not saying talking on a cell is ok, I'm saying headset talking is just as bad as phone talking.

it is further prooved by old people. their brains don't work so well anymore and they don't have full concentration powers, so they drive poorly.

    10 & 2!! 10 & 2!! both hands on the wheel, adjust & USE the mirrors...all of them.

that's my point. so many sucky drivers out there that they don't need any additional items that would increase the difficulty level.

how do you feel about putting tvs in the rear view mirror?

    I'm no 10 and 2, I use right hand on 10:30. or a left hand/knee at 6

I drive and talk on the phone at the same time...

They would probably be a bad driver, whether they were talking on a cell or headset or not.

I usually drive with the left hand at 12 or at 6... Right hand is either using the cell (without headset) or searching for songs on my iPod. The only time to use 2 hands is when parking in a parking lot or parallel parking.

And yes, I have a perfect driving record. :D

I don't think RVM's need to get any larger or complicated!!
in my day if you needed a new one it was $12 at an auto parts store...no idea on the one I have now...$600 from Ford??
are you sure that's enough to keep you occupied? maybe if you fixed your hair and put on make up too :p
