Thinking of finally getting Adsense....or should I not?

I have a few websites, and they are slowly getting more popular, and was thinking of getting Adsense.

I know at first when Adsense came out, it was doing really well, but by now most people don't click on them anymore.

Should I use another script, such as Adbrite or something?

What do you recommend?

 

AdSense will perform better than Adbrite.
To make some good money you will need a lot of traffic.

 

I can pick images as ads rather than the text, correct?

 

Choose both and adsense will display the high paying ones

Hi, I want to correct you for your thoughts about "by now most people don't click on them anymore"

It is not adsense fault, it is the publisher fault why they getting no click. Such crappy website and no original content will surely get no clicks. I am not saying I am Pro like james colin about adsense, but I know more about how to earn money from Adsense without using blackhat. If you want to earn more in adsense, think of creating quality website not quantity, I mean quality is important than creating 100's of Crappy/Autoblog site.

Treat Adsense like your real home base JOB. Patience is the key.

 

I would suggest to make your sites more popular first and then put adsense on your site(s) then you will see good result.

Sites with less traffic don't earn much from adsense so first work on increasing your site's traffic.
