Hi. Anyone here know how to block my IP address in AWStats so that traffic from my computer is not showed there....
Use SkipHosts in your AWStats config file: SkipHosts="11.22.33.44" if 11.22.33.44 is your IP address SkipHosts="REGEX[^11\.22\.]" if your IP address is in a range starting with 11.22... (other users in the same range will also be hidden in the reports). Jean-Luc
Hi its giving me error... I tried to put SkipHosts="REGEX[^202\.164\.151] but when i clicked save its giving me the following error [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]
I used something slightly different because I'm on a dynamic IP address. I can browse my entire site from within the /admin directory so I can grep that out after using regresolvemerge.pl LogFile="/documentroot/admin/awstats/tools/logresolvemerge.pl /logdirectory/access*.log | egrep -v '(GET|POST) /admin' | " Of course, you could use any regex you liked there, including one that ignored your IP address.
