    No, CPA is Cost Per Action...This can be anything from submitting an email address to buying a product.

    Most CPA offers are divided into leads and sales. Leads are signups and sales are purchases.

    Yes, but many CPA networks have pay per lead programs. Submitting email address offers where the visitor doesn't have to pay anything is a lead. You get paid per lead.

    There are over 100 of these CPA networks online as shown in my sig, there are many good ones aswell.
