Duplicate Content Affects Arcades

Hey,

I was wondering if the duplicate content penalty that Google is so nefarious for affects arcade sites as well. Most arcades do have the same games in common, so we would be counted as having a lot of duplicate content, if it did.

Does anyone know the answer to this?

as far as i know it affects all games you are better to pay someone to rewrite the descriptions

 

you may rewrite the description, but the game may be the same. there is no penalty for that.

 

You're better off writing your own descriptions. Don't copy them from other sites or text within the games.

 

yes, it may effect all the arcade sites but you can allow your users to add comment and write description for your games.

So if I have a gamepack with the descriptions and name and everything embedded (about 3 lines of info), I still get penalized for duplicate content?

 

That's why you're better off

1) Writing your own descriptions
2) Using an arcade script that allows reviews and comments, and
3) Using an arcade script that allows you to post unique articles
