Are "private" domains doomed to have no PR?

Hey there, I know this might be a silly question, but I was wondering: It's not my first domain name, I do SEO for many other sites, but this one is the first to have no update in its page rank and the only problem I could think of is because it's a "private" one.
The domain is rlater dot org, you can whois it and you'll see what I'm talking about (no point in pasting the whois).
Well, it might be because it's a relatively new domain, but still :D

So, the ultimate question, is a site who doesn't have a complete registration info doomed to be with PR 0 all its life :)

    Cheers,
    Phil

I think because it is a new domain name. Google is taking longer and longer to update sites pr and list them.

    Hi Phil,

    I agree with rcj662.

Google hasn't exported toolbar PR since the end of April. Your site was probably too new then (just a couple weeks or so) to get PR.

So, hang in there, I bet your site will have PR next time Google exports the toolbar PR. When that will happen is anyone's guess - it's already overdue.

I own, and have clients who own, private domains, and they all have good PR. So I don't think it's that.

Well, that's my 2 cents, for what it's worth ~
    cheers ~

The whois registration info has nothing to do with PR.

Oh, okay, yeah, you're right, emptymirror, there's no update in the PR since April. I completely forgot. It's about time , though, we're at the end of Q3
    Okay, cheers, people! :D
