Tuna gets old real fast. I used to eat it when I was trying to be healthy...that lasted about two weeks. And I ended up throwing 32 cans away!
1 can of corn + 4 hard boiled egg warp with tortilla, doesn't taste too good but it will fill you up for a while
I also can't stand tuna, but you can get the chicken that comes in a can and use it for anything you would use tuna for. The chicken is much better. I love that! Rice-a-roni with hamburger or just a Carnation Instant Breakfast (it's like a protein shake for wimps).
Yes it does, I go in spurts. When I eat real clean Tuna is my lunch every day I will even use it in a eggwhite omlette! I do use the chicken in a can once in a while if in a rush, not a fan though. Prefer the real thing
Hamburger Helper is always quick and easy too.. In fact, I found these four packs of mini, do-it-yourself personal Hamburger Helper packs... I figured I would try these on those lazy days... I have so many pasta dishes and recipes, you'd be surprised how man 5 minutes sauces there are.. Just 8-10 minutes cooking up some pasta, throw in some left over vegies, cheese, whatever and you have a nice quick meal... Some toast with a bit of butter and garlic sauce and you are complete.. Ghetto Dego 101...
That would be cool.. Though you'd probably have some Italians that do not like the dego thing... Man, my Grandfather left me some incredible recipes.
Bangers and mash for me. Even better with a tea-spoon of mustard in the mash. Food fit for a king Brew
why would u throw away 32 cans of tuna its last 4ever and is good emergency food good to have! i keep stuff like that in the house stashed some in the bottom of the cabinets for hurricanes war earthquakes black outs etc!
We don't have hurricanes or earthquakes here. And even if we did, I still wouldn't eat more than a can or two. Ewwwww, not even the homeless would want tuna soup!
gravy and pasta.... pasta from a discount store costs me 50 cents for a HUGE bag gravy costs me about 60 cents total $1.10 lasts you about 5 days...
