How many days does it take to come out of it. I have apologized to them, and removed the dubious things from my site, but haven't heard from them.

You dont need to worry, just follow up the guidelines and you will be fine with it.
By the way, when do you got this email from them?

I wonder if they banned the site. Just make sure the other sites follow terms or you might have a real problem.

You don't need to really e-mail them more than once... just give it a week.

Here's an idea: don't break the rules in the first place.

Obviously they won't let ads show on that website anymore. It says so in the email you received: "As a result, we have disabled ad serving to the site."

If you have another website, try putting your code on there and see if it works. If it does, then that is definitely the case.

Just curious what did you do? Did you place images next to the ads?

In your signature you have one warez site and one MFA site. What did you expect? You can be happy you still have your account. I would remove your adsense from the MFA mesothelioma site since you only use it because the keywords pay well (at least they did or so you've heard). You already lost it on your warez sites. Sooner or later someone will report you and you will lose the account. Rather work on a unique site and get paid for your own efforts. Do this and google will love you, otherwise you'll just be posting here a month from now on why you got banned...

first thing first. Do they tell you what were those dubious things.

If yes, then you know what to do. Once you cleaned up your act, its always better to reply to them.

Adsense team is not paid to visit your blog every day and verify whether you cleaned up your site according to your TOS. Its your job to tell them you are now abiding to their TOS.

So go shoot email explaining what changes you did including references to each individual item.

Edit: aha copyrighted content. Better get adsense off that site.
