Can anyone make a western union money transfer for me to belgium, my offer $5

I am India and we are not allowed to send out Western Union or money gram out of our country, though we can receive.

I would like to know, if there is anyone can do that for me, i can send you the money i want to send in paypal/egold + $5 your comission.

I think you should try using xoom.com. It is available to Indians and you can send money there through paypal and your receiver can receive through their bank... Do not make any transaction with anybody through WU...It is widely used by scammers.

 

Not, its not like that, Actually I owe some money to a guy who is in belgium, xoom does not support belgium.

I am trying to find a way to to send money to him.

 

There's a lot...money order or bank deposit will do... or try e-currencies like moneybookers, alertpay, etc...

But again, moneyorder or bank deposit is my priority if that is the case.

 

that will take long time bro and that guy is in urgent need of money and its his money, which i have with me, so why should i let him wait, when he is ready to bear the fees of WU or moneygram

WU is allowed to recieve funds but not to send out, RBI policies

 

A bank transfer will only take a little while - especilly if its direct from your account to his. Better to do it safely than have potential problems
