I also had the 1 click 2 conversions in my reports yesterday although for a much smaller amount. Some referrals pay different amounts for different actions for example: $1 for newsletter sign-up, $x.xx for a sale and so on.
Yeah that's what i was going to say. You probably received X per sign up and Y for a sale or something like that.
