Starting a web design bussiness will need coders! (apply here)

I will be starting a web design business. I have built some sites for charity orgs and I will be starting a site to go along side the business I will be giving out business cards and doing other advertising etc. I will need coders in php and database coding. I will be looking for ten people to do work when ever jobs come up that I am unable to do the coding on.

I am interested in this. I have been learning php/mysql for just over 8 months or so now. My most recent project is badmembers.com. I designed and coded that site in its entirety.
I have built other systems such as the CMS on halotalk.com.

I also do valid xhtml/css coding (just started learning). My most recent work is on this, and this.
