All my income is in USD. It isn't exactly practical to hold it for who knows how long to get a few extra bucks and I need the money since it's my income.
No, we gain now when converting from cad to usd. We used to loose. I just put a cheque in today for $140 usd and got $137 cad. That was a small cheque. I'm not looking forward to seeing what happens with the big ones though I already know.
It ads up, if it were 140 000 and you got 137 000 back what a lose! I just converted on Paypal, and look!!!! 1,000.00 USD = 975.09 CAD
I would use e-gold but I don't think my clients would want to so that's a problem right? BTW: The morning is okay, the CDN is riding a bit below the USD, it went above it last night
1 U.S. dollar = 0.99970009 Canadian dollars, you did it But you are never gonna catch us 1 U.S. dollar = 0.710378632 Euros
I even earned a few bucks when I traded my euro's for dollars (1.4/1) I can get cheap dollars and thus cheap services. Last time I xchecked a euro is worth 1.40 dollar. So for me it's an advantage.
Who cares when everything is more expensive in most Euro countries anyway? My Canadian dollar or even the US dollar will buy more here than your 1 Euro will buy there.
Not that quickly. You'd have to hold it for a while to get much. Me and alot of people are going to have to try and come up with something krafty though.
My auction bussiness take a lot of hit because of it but not my costume bussiness. I think about this matters a lot befor doing both
unless n untill US citizens doesnt start saving enough, dollar will continue to slide as more n more countries will diversify their currency portfolio away from US treasuries, also with ever increasing war spends on iraq, afganistan, and possibly in Iran, dollar long term trend is still weak.... it's better to do billings in more stable currency like Euro.
