lol, you have played the worst games in the Series.
X-2 is a really sad piece of work.

    You should try playing FF-7 to FF10 . :)

I actually haven't finished FF12 yet either King. My friend did and while I made him swear not to give away any of the details (I hate people who ruin games for me), he says he wasn't disappointed with it.

I've enjoyed the game thus far, even though I haven't played TOO much of it.

FF7 is the best game of all time. No competition whatsoever.
Was the first FF game i ever played... after that, i tried ALL games except the PS2 ones (FFX and beyond).

Yeah I know. People say X-2 is bad, but I think it's ok. My sister likes games where the female characters can transform(we are both big fans of Sailor Moon), so this is why she likes the game.

X-2 is the cheesiest game I have ever played. The storyline could have been very good had they kept the game in-line with FFX... and refused to add any of that fluffy crap they put into it.

How far are you in the game? I played it like 13-15 hours, but this was 6 months ago.. I don't remember anything about it, going to have to replay it from the beginning, you know the problem with an RPG you have to finish it in one sitting. Or at least play it one hour a day, until you finish it.

Have you seen the latest screenshots of FF 13 btw!? :)

No actually I haven't! I should get on that...

Gosh... honestly it's been a few months since I've played it too. I remember I got stuck somewhere and couldn't really do anything so I said screw it and started playing a different game. Then I never ended up getting back to FF12 xD

Talking about it makes me want to start playing again though!

i liked ff7, ff8 was very fun (i own a lifesize gunblade) but had a terrible story, ff9 had lots of references to the past games that I liked, ffx was very very good, I had fun playing ffx2, ffxi sucks, I didn't bother finishing ffxii but I'm not sure why. i guess because it came out on ps2 after the 360 came out.

Yes, big fan of final fantasy. It has been quite a while for me. I'd say they are all time second favorite next to Zelda stuff. (and monkey island) ;)

Yes that was another problem with FF12, there was a gap in the graphics.

Well yes, but FF9, FF7, FF10 had better stories.

we all grew up together and somehow we found each other and don't remember any of it? yeeeeah......not terrible at all.

I stopped playing ffx12 (i remember now) because I learned the best weapon in the game is a lance (lame) and you have to not open a chest from the first half hour of the game (which I did) so I said screw this.

in order to get the best weapon, you have to not open a treasure chest in the first half hour of the game. I did that so I can not get the best weapon.

FF8 wasn't that bad at all. Story was nice, nothing too spectacular (as FF7) but a lot of fun nonetheless.

But anyhow, no one can deny the fact that FF7 produced the best villain character ever, Sephiroth!

WoW I never knew that, Looks like I'm having more reasons to play the game again. :)

What was in the chest anyway?

You know I never played any Kingdom Hearts games, are they any good?

some gold or something. but you would never know unless you read a strategy guide or someone told you.

the first one was pretty good, it was fun seeing FF characters in other roles. The second one started with a different character for the first hour or two, then you switch to your main, so I didn't bother playing because I couldn't get past all the cutscenes with characters that didn't matter. which is weird beccause I played xenosaga 1&2 which were 70% cut scene.

Thanx about FF12, I will find a strategy guide when I start playing it.

Yes I hate games with very long and boring cut scenes.

Xenosaga was a disaster with cut scenes, I once slept while waiting for the game to start.
