Actually, Jesus was concerned about war, and had something to say about it. In the Acts of the Apostles, (in the NT since you probably don't know where or what it is), Jesus appears to probably one of the most famous persecutors of the church. Afterward, the man that is advocating for the killing of Christians becomes a Christian himself and becomes one of the first theologians and major supporters of the church. I am speaking of Saul/Paul in case you don't know....So I would say that Jesus is very much against a holy war against Christians. However, the war in Iraq is against Radical Islam, not christianity.

So jesus don't give a shit as long as people aren't killing christians?

You also raised the quite ignorant, Fatuous and illogical point that the war in Iraq is against radical islam. There was me thinking it was the WMD, no wait, Wasn't it to get rid of a dictator? It used to be because of the ties between saddam and the 911 hijackers. This is the sad thing, You don't even know why you are at war. But just carry on supporting it and pretending that jesus would be for the war, Ignorant hypocrite.

When that Dictator was America's friend he was a good man and when he turned against them he became bad man. who said that Saddam had connection wih 911 Iraq was attacked because bush said there were weapon of mass destruction there but when he didn't find anything he changed the slogan and said that this war is to free the people. Now we can see that all the iraqies are free and most of them are even getting free from the cage of life thanx to America's assuault. an Iraq is at the verge of civil war.

Jesus was a Jew. He was also the Prince of Peace. I wish Christians would remember that.

The Pope himself denounces the Iraq War, talking about the Just War doctrine. Then again, I don't think we have a lot of Catholic Christians in here.

Perhaps you should read into Saddam Hussein's history. He was not a good man for quite some time, long before we backed him. The only difference was 20-30 years ago, he suited our international interests, for the same reasons we installed the Shah into Iran.

Most Christians do speak out against "people actively promoting the end of the world and complete destruction of everybody in it in the name of their god. " But you get mad about it.

I will even reiterate - I think islam should stop trying to promote the end of the world and complete destruction of everybody in the name of their god alah.

I bet you still are mad even though I worded it just right.

Where do these people come from???

For every reason you cited above, except one. There was never a claim by the current administration that there was a link between 9/11 and Saddam/Iraq...

I'm pretty sure Jesus is for peace... How we all achieve said peace is more often than not, by defending our right to it.

I dislike it because they tell me about it. Don't tell me, tell the people doing it.
And it's never about their own mob promoting the end of the world. it's always about how other peoples attempt at ending the world is bad, But they fail to even acknowledge that their own mob are doing the exact same thing. Like you are doing in the next quote.

Like i just said, Sort your own shit out first. Get your own mob to stop trying to end the world and people may take your criticisms of other people a bit more seriously.

See what i mean about you lot being a bunch of hypocrites? It's like you can't help it. It's like hypocrisy is a fundamental part of being a christian.

He is taking the cake as far as being the most ignorant, stubborn and unwilling to learn - OR - one who keeps pretending that the things he says is true.

Either way he is making a name for himself. :D

Could be worse, I could be a hypocritical fraud. Still not going to address the fact that what is good for your own mob is not good for anyone else? thought not, coward.

"You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye."
I think you need to spend a bit more time reading this book which you proclaim to be the word of god. Hypocrite and a fraud. It doesn't take long to expose you people for what you really are.

The "M" in WMD stands for "mass". It doesn't mean materials that could be used to make weapons and it doesn't mean out of date chemical weapons. I guess if you can't find WMD the next best thing is to try and change what WMD means.

If they had found anything that even remotely constituted a WMD it would be all over the news. Not in obscure snippets dotted around.

I just realised, I didn't mention WMD in the post you quoted. Are you losing your mind?

these were all over the news...the problem with angry young males is that they refuse to believe anything anyone tells them, unless it is anti-american...you fit right into this category, don't you?

just so we are clear, I meant to quote #62, which is here:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=4585738&postcount=62

btw, you left the letter 'c' out of the word factuous...no charge for fixing that for you...

You know factuous isn't even a word, right?

Even if it was all over the news, Which it wasn't, What they found were still not WMD.

Should I ask again - what the world are you talking about?

You seem to be living in your own reality, one that no one can enter into.
