HI, I want to know the procedure through which my paypal account can be verified using a VCC. Please include information on the process of procurring VCC as well

Your location makes a diff as to whether your paypal accnt can by "verified" using a vcc or not. I know in the US, a cc/vcc will only lift/raise the withdrawal limit. A bank accnt is required to actually verify.

Like the US, CAD, AUS and UK PayPals also need a local bank account to verify them.
