Well I accidentally deleted some work that I didn't bother taking a backup of.
I've been trying to contact them about this but can't find their eMail.
Can anyone tell me it please? thanks

They probably can actually (worrying as that is). I know lots of people who have been able to retrieve deleted blog entries etc.

I don't think you can retrieve deleted email. They store every information in your Google account including emails, blog entries, calendar entries, notes etc even when you think that you deleted them but I don't think they are going to admit this and recover your email.

Incidentally, there should be a trash folder - did you try checking in there?

Check trash. Checked deleted e-mail, depending on your settings, it might still be saved.

They may, About 7 months ago somehow ( I was stupid ) deleted a list of servers and details, and I wrote to google support how important it is, etc, and they were able to retrieve the e-mail and store it in my inbox!

Make sure you e-mail them as soon as possible, I e-mailed them the same day.
