P.S. the legal system is smart enough to distinguish between crimes, misdemeanors and lessor offences - yes he may not have committed a CRIME, but he was still breaking the law. He didn't get tazered for talking, he got tazered for struggling with police who were arresting him.

 

He said he wanted to inform people before asking his question. What's wrong with that? He couldn't just say "didn't you want to be president?" If people don't know that he is asking the question in the context of fraudulent polling results.

I hope you or someone in your family ask a politician a difficult question one day, And i hope you get a good kicking for it.

I was actually resorting to pointing out that you wildly exaggerated (lied about) the length of time he was speaking for. He had four questions, Kerry should have just answered them. Of course that would take integrity and courage, And Kerry is a politician, So it's just easier for him to sit back and make wise cracks while some kid is brutalized by his rent-a-thug police.

 

Basically the guy was talking non stop for like 3 mins & still wasn't finished, if he was left to continue i'm sure he would of carried on, with a nerdy type like him he would of been going awhile look at AGS & others like you. I'm sure he would have let him answer. It's unlikely that he is going to ask questions like that and not stay to enjoy kerry's wriggling when he tried to answer them. He probably suspected that the rent-a-thug mob weren't going to let him stay very long, So he wanted to get his questions out all at once. By the way, Did kerry ever get around to answering them? Didn't think so.

 

Look at the section where he is in handcuffs.

A protester doesn't listen or ask questions he just protests, he has already took a stance on the subject.

 

Everybody has a stance on a subject, it doesn't mean they can't ask questions. If anything it should mean they have more right to ask questions. You aren't saying that because he disagreed with Kerry he shouldn't be allowed to ask him questions, are you?

If he had just stfu like he was told and hadn't tried to wrestle away from the cops they wouldn't have tased him.

They kindly told him to stop after ample time to ask a question. He didn't. Everyone in the room was allowed a certain amount of time to ask a question or two. He decided he was more important than everyone else and refused to give up the mic. They turned off his mic. He got mad. They tried to pull him away. He started pulling away and running.

The restrained him. He continued acting like a looney trying to wrestle free. They tased him. He screamed like a little girl. We all had a good chuckle.

What you don't see in the video is that he wasn't even supposed to be there. He didn't have a ticket like everyone else had PAID for. That's why the security was there to begin with. But they let him in anyway to speak his peace. But instead of being a rational human being he threw a temper tantrum and got rightfully tased when he wouldn't return the floor back to others and resisted arrest.

The law of that state allows for tasing of restrained individuals if it's needed. Since this guy would just not stop trying to get away, he got tased again. If doesn't matter if you're in restraints. If you're still fighting, you're still fair game to Mr. Taser.
