1$ adsense sites question

hiya,
im curious, for how much people are buying 1$/day adsense websites? they pay 12x monthly revenue of site?

 

No idea, but I know I wouldn't wait a year before I might get a small profit.
Call me tight fisted but I think 3 months would be fair for such sites, but it would also depend if the domain and content had value too.

 

I would think you would be able to pick one up for a couple hundred bucks. I have in the past, but it really depends on the site that is for sale...

 

if the site is earning via organic traffic only, then I would charge 24x for my work done. Although, for general niches, 12x is reasonable.
(this is because the work involved in the site for getting it to $1/day via organic traffic only.)

 

The only time, sites like these make sense is when you have loads of them.
If you need to invest a couple of hundred bucks, then wait for 6 months or so to see your first $30 profit, it would not be worth it.

Sites like these should not cost more than $150-200, but then again, like KeywordsandCopy said, it would really depend on the site that is for sale.

 

I think this is a better business than owning just one site.
I am now having many $1/day sites, and I plan to keep on increasing...

well, when I build my $1/day sites, I wouldn't dream of selling them away.
With enough of such sites, I would just hire someone to help me manage them.
