Hi guys, just letting everyone know we're now back online! The reason for our downtime was because of a disagreement with our (now) old hosting company. Basically we had a bit of a disagreement over traffic volumes - they tried to get us to pay (a lot) more for the increased traffic volume we're now getting, we said that wasn't in our agreement, they didn't agree and they pulled the plug on us without any warning and basically held us to ransom. Needless to say we didn't want to do business with people like that so we've now moved to a new hosting company and things are better than ever.

So, just to say one last time, we've not gone bust, we've not withdrawn the product. Quite the opposite - we were the victims of our own success lol.

It seems to be back online now - phew! Hope everything has been fixed now burrow, don't worry, i think everyone on this forum can understand the situation you've been put in - i've had big troubles with my hosts in the past so can def understand.

i think your software is easily the best out there so certainly wouldn't want to see it go. perhaps the worry that the downtime caused is a good testament of how highly people regard it.

Hi guys, thanks for the kind words and support, yes things are finally all back up online again - it's a nightmare getting new servers setup grrr!

Fastian: They claimed we'd outstripped our bandwidth allowance and were trying to get us to pay a substantial amount more, however at the time of purchasing our hosting plan they said we had unlimitted bandwidth. As much as I'd like to, I better not give the name of the old hosting company, I don't want to be sued on top of everything else that's gone on this past week. Although after what I've been put through this week I think I may be the one doing the sueing! grrrr

    Thanks again!
