Been neglecting this site for quite some time now (2months), so rather than just letting it sit there, I've decided to sell this project to the right buyer.
This website has MASSIVE potential to expand from where it is now.

Website runs off WordPress, very easy to manage/transfer. Has about 560 + members signed up to the website/forum, very inactive to say the least.

The main revenue was varied depending on the amount of work I did from selling sponsored links on the free templates. Made approx. $300 from 6 templates selling mulitple sponsored links on each.
Google Revenue is coming in quite slowly from what it used to bring. It's made about $90 since August 1st till now.

However, I'm selling this project on it's potential. Depending on the right buyer, they could be generating a lot of money without much or little effort. (no guarantee's though)

You'll have about 1 month and a bit to move all the files onto your new server. It's currently being hosted by a shared Dreamhost account, so it shouldn't be that difficult to find a host for it

Great site! I run all of my proxies off of these templates. Wish I could afford!

 

I like the site, where do the templates come from?

 

Most of them were made by me, some of them are free CSS templates which I converted into PHProxy.
