    Yes, they work. But I don´t know if they work for payment processors like PP etc. ( I don´t think for verification but don´t know, sorry)

    I checked their site out and it looks like they offer a VCC just like some of the VCCs that people on dp are reselling. Except there seems to be no fee to start an account. :D
