Do you know a legal site which sells prepaid visa card or prepaid master card

• iKobo.com - Sells reloadable prepaid Visa; the actual card by postal mail (US and International)
• Simon.com - Sells non-reloadable prepaid Visa; the actual card by postal mail and also virtual by email (US only)
• Webcertificate.com - Sells prepaid Mastercard; unsure if it's reloadable; the actual card by postal and also virtual by email (might be US only - don't know if they're still not taking new orders but you can try calling)
• Netspend.com - Sells reloadable prepaid Visa (US only; I think)

Those are the one's I know off the top of my head.

Now as far as the second part of your question, what do you mean by "and gets its price via PayPal?" Did you mean to ask if they accept PayPal payment? Because if so, then you can forget what I just named above. Except Netspend, can load the card with funds via PayPal.

trucard only accept egold not paypal

 

I don´t think you will find a website selling VCCs for PayPal as it is reversible and the VCCs are not.

I will offer them soon, will update when available.

Can i add iKobo Visa® Prepaid Card into paypal and then Withdraw Funds?

 

I do not know about others.

BUT NOTE : When i contacted iKobo they said It can't be used ONLINE!

So be careful and ask there support (it's Live) before taking any action !

I have used it (only two times) without any problems but they limit the cards you can buy throught paypal.
