Don't know how many of you have noticed the ads that run on Clickbank. I have been trying to get an ad spot on clickbank for over a year now, but no luck. A Clickbank representative wrote back saying the ad spots have been booked by the same merchants for over 2 years. And none of them want to give it up. Now, these ad spots cost as much as $1500 per month. I wonder how much these guys are making that they just dont give up the spots. I think they are making the easiest money possible from Clickbank Any insights?
If you have the money to go on that page you might as well do an adword campaign ) At least there you will be able to get to first page and top pos by paying top dollar! Paule
That's right but having an Ads on clickbank attracts buyers and affiliates in a row. So I think clickbank will do more than a PPC campaigns, since you are able to attract extras affiliates from there. I'm not one of those advertisers, so my 2 cents
Yeah, ads on clickbank can help build a huge affiliate database. Plus, you get customers. It will be nice to know some sales stats of an advertiser there.
I agree that having an ad on Clickbank can help you to build a strong network of affiliates. After all, that is where all the affiliates congregate.
A friend of mine told mw that some publishers on click bank are making 200,000 USD a month from a single product!!! Could this be true?
That's true. Some vendors make a lot more than that. of course, its a combination of his own product sales plus affiliate commissions.
Unfortunately the handful that ARE making that much are lying, cheating, scamming, deceiving SOBs. Not 1 product on ClickBank that makes that much is a real product. Of course, if all you care about is making money then yeah, copy the top survey, antispyware, "get google ads free" etc products and you can make a lot of money.
In fact, I have seen a screenshot somewhere of a guy who made $100K + in day. And I cudnt spot anything fake with the screenshot
Update guys - I found out about this guy who has been advertising in the Clickbank marketplace section for 2.5 years now. He does no other form of advertising. Its a 'make money online' kind of ebook selling for $27. This dude is making $15000 a month on an average. And his ad cost with Clickbank is $1200 a month. His ebook has never been updated - its a 3 year old ebook, with just 20 pages. What do you have to say to that? $13000 in profits for just one ad spot. It's downright crazy.
