Mainly cardio but not at a gym i prefer being out on the streets, can never really get into weights, my brothers fairly into it, weights 190ish pounds and can bench 150kg which is damn good for someone that weight.
Yes, people do use them, they are actually very effective, for staying more fit, and then I use weights to get stronger.
I'm not 6'4" either! 6'3" My arms shrunk!!! Just measured them and my right arm is only 18"!!! I am pixxed, I gotta hit the gym double time!

I work in my school gym once in a while, but most of the time I just do a lot of pushups and situps at home.
Basic body weight stuff. Grab a back pack, and shove a load of books in it or something, then do your pushups

Apparently you're ectomorphic. You need to go on a diet and weight-train to put on mass, eating wont help much(except perhaps give you more puppy fat).
Good friend of mine swears by hers. She just uses it to maintain. She never increases the weight. And it only takes her 10 minuets a day! I've been doing really well on my cardio workouts lately and I'm starting to really crave some weight training. I need to re-build some muscle so my body will burn more calories! My old gym has gone out of business (they couldn't make it without me... ) and there's nothing around here that's any good... I don't know what to do now.
