Directories that rank high in the SERPS for a certain keyword provide not only targetted traffic but also a quality relevent backlink. This is the kind of links Google recommands in its guidelines. I used the list from vilesilencer. Yours was not included in the list, I just added it now. The results returned are from google.com, I see romow in firsrt position for medical. I think CSE only shows the results that rank high enough in the normal serps.
your results for real estate excluded all the recognised grandee real rstate directories,, curious that
no directory is excluded, paid and free. Only those listed in vilesilencer are so far in included (1200+) I will try to add more directories from directorycritic. could you mention some of the directories that should rank high for real estate, I will add them and see the results.
I think it would be a lot easier for you to create a sort of submission form so people can add their own directories.
I will probably do that but I will start by adding directories listed in large lists,this will save a lot of time. I noticed that penalized directories don't show up even for their own url unlike in regular google.com.
