Help displaying the content from SQL (May Be Paid...)

I want to use PHP script for displaying the images... from SQL
Somthing like this
All the data is stores into one single table with only 5-8 fields with image name and thumbnail name.
Images are upload to FTP server.

What we need

1) One password protected admin panel to enter the data to SQL .
2) Displaying the data in the similar format (Refer to the link)
3) That may be good if script can generate the thumbnail from the images itself.

Please suggest me any good free script so that we can use that at our website, to display images and their respective contents.

Through i am lookin for your help free of cost, but this can be a paid job for a right candidate....

Yes, i can find so many good scripts, online, but i want to go with my own template, and want to merge that script into my page only, where i am facing a problem. Moreover i need a customised script as per my need.
