    My advice,
    Visit hyip forums, you will get a rain of 25 cents (limited to 15 though)
    All hyip owners scam after certain period, so it will be easy to get 15 users in no time ;)

    Nothing. Thats the point. As much awareness needs to be made as possible. Unfortunately there is no way of stopping that. That is why if you have a bad experience with someone you should add it to the site to inform others of their behaviour.
    Adding their username does not necessarily mean they're scammers. The site is for bad members. Which means they may have a bad attitude etc.

    hristofor is already added to the site.

    I think this is a great idea. I get sick of seeing people on DP scamming folks outright. It's one thing if there is a little confusion or real life gets in the way but there is no excuse for scamming people. You can make so much more money by doing honest business.

    Yeah I see a lot of that to. Its a shame that some scammers don't even get banned as well, thats why badmembers.com is a useful site :)

    Thanks for that FOX LORE, but could you add it to the site?
    As I have said numerous times it is difficult for me to add someone without knowing the background to the situation as in order to submit someone evidence should be provided (such as a thread, or an explanation).
    That way the system is as fair as possible...
