I play rugby pretty seriously, so I exercise 5-6 time each week. It's a mixture of weights 3-4 times each week, plyometrics and conditioning which consists of sprint training twice each week and longer distance runs (7-15k) three times each week. I have a bench at home that I use for my weights most of the time, though I'm looking at investing in a cage at some point. I so busy running my company, i just happy to have time to sleep. I usta be in shape when i wrestled , Now 80 pounds latter.. Oh, well i was too skin back then 4% bf if i remember right.
The gym is not boring, to me it's a huge power blast. Nothing better 'well very few exceptions' then going in, getting a huge pump on and simply lifting heavier and heavier weight. I love it, I'm addicted, I wish I could do it more then I currently do.
nope. i have so much physio therapy its like having my own personal trainer so i dont need to go to a gym
I dont think anyone can spend 20+ hrs daily on their PC.You need time to sleep,eat,LIVE,etc..They would have to carry their laptop EVERYWHERE. It might happen now and then when u have allot of work to do online tho.
I used to go to the gym coupla years ago..Now I take an early morning walk/jog in my relatively safe neighbourhood and I have a few weights at home which I use sometimes. I plan to renew my gym membership soon tho and get some more home fitness stuff.
I've really wanted to get back on the wagon after over a year of talking about it now, but the Mrs. is touch and go with the whole preggo thing; good days and bad days. my best bet might actually just be on the weekends during the girls nap time. or just dust off the bench @ home yet another possibility would be right now while the Mrs. is getting the critter in bed
I do spend A LOT of time in front of the PC's just like pretty much everyone around here, but I work mostly from home except for a few conferences, etc. But, I have my own fitness center downstairs, so I don't even have to leave the house, and faster to go back on the PC I have a bowflex, a treadmill, and a few dumbbells. I like to keep in shape because if I didn't, I would loose the routine and die in a couple days because I am always on the pc
People actually use those things? I had a nice gym set, sold it all a month or so ago. $150 took all, huge steal! Tim, even once a week full body would be a good start
