I got this site for very cheap. I needed it since it had more then 1500 indexed pages in G. I have slap adsense on it, and for the very few traffic I get, I get a few clicks, which are paying pretty good. Now I want to promote the site, but Im not really sure what keywords would best apply to this kind of site. Well said. You need to brainstorm all possible keywords that users can use. You can use a free tool like Rushmore's free keyword brainstorming tool to come up with a big list of related terms. You will then be able to dig the keywords for a more extensive research.
I forgot to mention that, for a site optimizing for AdSense, you will probably need to dig the keywords from the brainstorming tool either using the WordTracker AdSense Engine AND the Overture one.
