Which Has More Power? 8 PR6s, 2 PR7s For The Same Money?

Which Has More Power? 8 PR6s, 2 PR7s Or One Page Rank 8 For The Same Money?

    Example: Which will drive my serps up more? 8 PR6s for $800.00 or 2 PR7s at $400.00 each X2 = $800.00

Or one page rank 8 or 9 link for $800.00

These are all one year subscription links and each would have separate ips for maximum SEO benefit!

In addition to that, how much benefit would spending that same $800.00 on Blog Posts networks do for my rankings? I could get several thousand links from that with 100's of different Ips for $800.00

Thanks for any suggestions or comments!

    :)

The first thing I'd say are the links that are in the same niche or market. Otherwise, I'd prefer the PR8 one

Yeah, the one that is more targteed toward you niche would probably be more powerful.

$800 for backlinks......damn that is a lot of money. Are back links really that powerful?

    I new they were useful...but $800...that's a lot.

I can assert that the blog posts are very powerful, and here's why: incidence of keyword in anchor text. It's laughably easy...one of my site ranks #1 for a term that's not in the title, description, or text as far as I know...
From 3 weeks of posting to a total of around 1000 blogs, for a grand total of $20 (worked the trades/freebies hard), I have gone from #465 to #3 for my most-sought term. Since I rotate anchor text, that phrase got about 300 links, at least half of them with no PR at all.
I don't think PR influences the SERPs. I think it correlates with them. That is, backlinks bring both, and I feel more comfortable with PR 3-4 than 0.
The truth is that it may not matter.

Well what if I said that I already bought 1,000s of blog posts and it made no change in my position at all!

Were they all the same articles or unique? I did both, but a lot of networks post the same articles to hundreds of blogs. I avoid this, although honestly it all seemed to help.

Your keywords may be so competitive that it takes many thousands of anchors to triumph. I assume you had your anchors properly in place.
All the networks I used give at least a URL report so I can see the "follows" myself.

There are onsite factors that are critical as well

As Google is cutting down on Paid Links I wouldn't spend that 800$ so frailly. And this is for a year too, when you think about spending that much money for a link, you have to consider many a few factors.

    1. Quality - Outbounds, On Page SEO, Backlinks, Indexed
    2. Relevance - If you want to rank for SERP's this has to be exactly or pretty damn close to your niche.
    3. Content - The content has to be good, and if it has less outbounds the less chance G has of blacklisting it for paid links.

If I were you I would spend that 800$ on just a few PR6's, then again, you never mentioned what is your aim to get in PR factor (6-7-8?).

Like I said, just spend around 100$ a month on a few PR6 pages with the above 3 factors, build quality content on your site, once you get strong content, the PR6 backlinks will flow in, help your SERP's and then after your website is steady going, go for the bigger links ie. the PR8, then you will have a solid SEO, PR, and SERP.

Good luck, I'm in the same boat your in as well, so I follow the tips I write, however, the only diff. is that I have 250$ to spend not 800$.

I got burned with these high priced pr8 links:( I honestly believe that staying well below the radar is a wise thing to do.. Wont say all but a lot of pr8 pages dont seem to help atall may be google chucking them out manually so they wont pass on any seo effect or PR or whatever you may call it.

I personally believe that that $800 spent on payperpost or similar service would reap better benefits.. dont just kill a single keyword with all your force.. spread it out and have some variation in anchor text.

    Wish you all the best

it looks good but i think you must also check outgoing link numbers on your options.

lower outgoing link sites will be better for you

Yeah well my niche is the CAR industry, how much does relevance really still play? I mean I was told some time ago ( YEAR OR SO) that relevance was of the past? Is there really many high pr and such car related sites?

2 PR7 links are better if they are targeted.

My tip - for what it's worth - is to spend a few bucks on articles, and get them out on the web using a tool called Unique Article Wizard (my aff link) - see my sig for my reviews and stats (currently at 4000 backlinks showing in yahoo and counting  )
