I haven't worked out for 3 weeks and I feel like shit. I work out at home: squats and deadlifts are the best
today i got bit lazy , dint go to gym, ill try to cover it up by doing some push ups and exercise at home.
Not sure if it counts but, I go swimming 3-4 days a week for about 1.5 hours. It's not exactly the same as working out in a gym but, I feel better after swimming than after weightlifting so I go with it. Plus it's more fun
i think this is impotent as like we eat breakfast, Lunch & Dinner for make ourself fit same lite it make over body good looking handsome hehehe my thought i love it but now a days im bit busy so not going

at least 3 times a week..sometime more Since we are talking about going to gym, let me ask you guy a question. I don't against gay people (or care if a person is gay). There are tons of fag in my area but i just don't pay attention to them And there is one guy, who is clearly gay, keep shaking his ass around (dancing to his music i guess). It is disgusting and distracting... and one time he asked me to spot him (for a 90 pounds bench.....) and i refused cause i feel sick doing it. I simply told him "sorry, i can't" am i being rude?

Depends, but in all reality it's up to you to spot or not. Just remember it when you need a spot though I just got back from a grueling 2 hour chest and tri day, hoping to hit bi's tonight or early tomorrow.
