Try paydot com. You can add your ebooks and they sell them for you.

dont say crap bout limewire... its offensive to honest ppl.

Ebook sites do pretty well provided they have right promotion, look, etc

I am thinking of making one myself... U have to use something like osCommerce as they (i think) provide a download product option.

Create a good one and after a few months you should start to make some money... provided you DONT!!! YES DO NOT!!! break copyright, dont resell stuff u dont have rights for, and DO NOT!!! break any agreements you made with ppl u purchased the ebook off... such as price and wat not :D

Good luk and may the ebook overlord be with u,
    Sam.

Edit: Oh and BTW get rid of that stupid 30 000 ebook pack u r trying to sell. WAY to many pll try to sell it. Break it up and sell it off for proper price like $2-5 each atleast. Once you get some PR and some good promotion + SERPS you will make money. There is NO!! need to rush things. When I was new (only bought year and half ago now :D) I rushed everything. This is how I got banned by google from adsense (clikced my own adds via proxy, I forgot the friken cookie...., just to speed the money up.) I may have made $100 out of it (bout $50 my own clix) I know now that I have lost THOUSANDS from trying to rush it. If you are going to do it, do it right OR DONT DO IT AT ALL!!!

2nd Edit: GET A DOMAIN NAME!!! LOLZNESS!!!

ebook sites can do well but I think the key is to spread primarily by word of mouth. And to do this, you may consider giving a few people a copy to review it, if its worth the money, they will likely advise that other people looking for information on that topic to buy your ebook. If its a waste of money, don't expect to do well.

Also, consider having a money back guarantee and ensure that you honor it.

You can also use Joomla with Virtuemart extension. You can sell and the customer can download.

No offences, i withdraw my statement on limewire. You may like to review ebookmaniacs.net selling e-books using oscommerce (which does have a download link option) to compare and check features offered by osc.

    Cheers,
    GS
PS - I am in no way related to ebookmaniacs - though i do support folks on oscommerce installation and t/shooting.

Well, I think piracy should be a concern for eBook sellers, because it is so easy to pirate them. I think the best way to fight it is to put out an update every few months and give it away to those who have purchases the original from you. In addition, I've known people who like to seed fake versions of their eBook on Limewire and bittorrent, just to be a nuisance to those trying to pirate it.

thats how that 30k ebook package came to be. A group of guys dled a heap of pirated crap and put it together as one package. Thats why eBay closes most sales of it.
