Word Cloud & Web Directory for sale

I have two sites for sale:

Word Cloud
Web Directory

also included is the .info & .us domains (no sites, just redirect)

There is very little traffic so assume none. I haven't had time to spend on them due to my other sites but they have potential and can easily get traffic.

The word cloud site has 2 admin panels one for the featured section and one for free links section. This way you can charge for links on the home page and at the same time offer free on the free links page. Also the various seo tools is an added bonus, so visitors can spend more time on the site which is great for adsense or banners.

The web directory is using the phpld script, version 2.1.2, and has over 700 categories. All set-up to accept submissions. And you can easily edit to add a banner, adsense and sponsor links.

The domains are registered at godaddy (free push) till April 2008.

Paypal is the only method of payment accepted.

Just wanted to add that I announced & submitted the web directory and in it's first day has already received over 180 uniques & close to 190 submissions. I can show the screenshots if required. I expect it now to maintain steady traffic so if I don't receive any acceptable offers in the next couple of days, this sale will be cancelled.

Sorry I can't sell at $20, the domain registrations for the 4 domains alone are more than that plus you are getting developed sites on 2 of the domains, so please make fair offers. The directory has been getting great response since went active. The first day 184 uniques, second day 312 uniques, 3rd day 164 uniques and I've got over 600 submissions eek yet to process so BIN set at $100 is starting to look like a pretty good deal. It even earned $1.42 in adsense in 3 days. I will extend this another 24 hours from the time set in my previous post so if anyone wants these sites please make your best offer.

 

I will also include one month hosting so it gives buyer plenty of time to move the sites.

Right now the highest offer is $30 from johno123. Any other offers?

These 4 domains have been around since April (2 developed) and the one used to have a pixel ads forum on it which was changed to word cloud. The word cloud/seo tools script was customized by someone else I bought from so I don't have further information about it. The directory is using a free directory script but there's more to it than just uploading as adjustments have to be made in getting it ready which takes time. The directory now has traffic & earned adsense in a few days. I am doing the work in submitting it, trying to get links in higher PR sites and processing the considerable submissions I am getting.

It has been extended another 24 hours till tomorrow (as per my earlier post) plus as per my first post I am taking offers. In this case I do not have to accept any offer unless purchased at BIN. Thank you for your offer but I cannot accept at $30 as looking for higher.

Sure I can still make a deal if I receive an acceptable offer. When I first listed, both sites had very little traffic. The web directory now has steady daily traffic, receiving a lot of submissions & also has earned a little from adsense. The word cloud/seo tools site has potential too. I just don't have enough time to manage & promote so would prefer to sell them. Please make your best offer and to consider you are are getting two developed sites, one with increased traffic, plus two other undeveloped domains as well. I am also including one month's hosting to give plenty of time to move the sites. Thanks.
