US has the highest refund rates for me. That is quite likely because a larger no of my sales are from US.
SHES BACK AGAIN!!!!! The exact same buyer who has refunded twice so far came back last night and bought a larger package..... She keeps buying then refunding! I am almost sure she will refund this purchase too! Obviously my script didn't stop her from buying. I just Emailed clickbank with the warning. I wish I can just scare this customer away once and for all-
can't get her ip.. already tried. my logs just show a domain hosted on godaddy. you want updates?? well to add to the saga, the 3rd refund came in 2 hours after my last message. I'm positive the last product will be refunded soon enough over 100 sales and the only refunds we all by the same lady. hope clickbank squishes her soon. it's like $100 stolen already
For anyone who is still interested, I have the final update on the Indian lady who is constantly buying and returning.. Summary: She bought 1 product, refunded... Came back bought a 2nd and 3rd product, refunded the 2nd product. Came back bought a 4th product, refunded the 4th product. Few days later came back and bought a large package. Today I get the last 2 refunds in. 5 purchases all refunded. like 8 products total in 5 sales given to her for free. She even had the nerve to Email me asking me to remake some of the recordings to be more like a particular recording that she already refunded. Emailed clickbank after the 3rd refund. Got a reply back 2 days later saying she is banned. Even though she is banned, it obviously doesn't stop her from refunding.. I just hope the clickbank ban stops her from further purchases.. Today I went through 100's of pages of logs and matched her IP address. She used the same IP on all purchases, so I blocked her IP with cpanel. Don't get the wrong impression, I made about 200 sales and no returns besides hers.. Keeping my fingers crossed that this problem is go
man that really sux. I would be so annoyed. You put all the effort into making these things and some biatch does that. Have you emailed her telling her to stop or she will be banned from the site?
