I need your advise, what should be the ideal rate for the package of 300,000 verified email addresses.

These email address where gather from group of online marketing,investors,affiliates websites and yes certainly have rights to sell these email addresses.

Do u have the details like when and from which IP they had opted in to receive emails from the network?

 

They were hosted on different IPs and the email addresses from all around the globe. The people who all are into online works.

 

No what I meant was, when a person subscribes, we generally record their IP and the time. This will help us prove that the person to whom we are mailing is an opt-in subscriber and we can show the details like IP to the authority from which they subscribed.

Since a huge fines being imposed for spamming, its better to have details like these before we send emails.

 

Ah I understand what you mean now but unfortunately we do not have IP details, however when they have signed up, in T&C they have agreed to pass on their email addresses to third party.
