Notsofast ran a referral contest a while back. I know I vouched for him in that thread but he bought that site from someone who trusted him so I thought I could as well. Notsofast was M.I.A. on his forums but he appeared every so often. I personally asked if the contest was still going and if the winner would actually get the prize. Right away, he said, "Of course". He then went missing again, sort of. He wasn't responding to the complaints about the contest but he was still around. When I looked at his profile his last activity was current. It's irritating to see that he was online yet made no effort to complete the contest or just give an explanation. Anyway, it's been 3 months since the contest ended and no one has heard a word from him about the contest. The other admin compiled a list of the winners and gave it to Notsofast but he just ignored it. I just think it's completely unfair for him to do this to the people who actually tried. Looks like all he wanted was traffic for free. I'd stay away from doing business with this guy or participating in any of his "contests".
And he hasnt appeared on DP since April 04....your chances look slim, especially through here. If you have his email, keep spamming him and he'll concede eventually. Btw, hope the prize money wasnt too big.
I hate abandoned contests! That's how I got my negative iTrader... A guy abandoned a contest that I should have won, so I left a negative iTrader, and he returned one... Grrrr... Anythink we can do? EDIT: I left a negative REP, but it doesn't mean much, as I only have 3 blobs... Still, he probably doesn't care about that anyways...
yeah your hearing of stories like this far to often now-a-days. these scammers will try anything wont they? i hope he responds soon, but its looking doubtful isnt it.
2004? The contest was this year. Also, the prize money was $1000 for the first prize winner and $500 and $200 for the others or something..

I don't see that happening. I can't stand him. He threatened to ban the other admin just the other day.
i really hate those who romise to pay and then ignored me. same as the people who looking for piad poster. ask you to post then didn't pay. how can we get rid of all this people....
