    Reyna, for starters you shouldnt be revealing your adsense earnings.

    Put the adsense blocks ABOVE the proxy form, ie swap their positions.

    At the bottom of the page write a short article about proxies, relevant to your site this should increase your page score and therefore your EPC.

    With this amount of traffic you should be making $10 per day.

    Actually if you try it out, i have placed ads on the proxied pages :)

    Have been saying this over and over in pm's :confused:

    Oops! i'll not post any more of the adsense stats then, and thanks for the other advice!

    Why not sell some text links or work out some affiliate deals with Kontera, Commission Junction, etc? If he has that kind of traffic he might as well optimize his site to make more money from it.

    Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, it's easy to do. However, Google has already stated it's against their TOS since proxied pages aren't your content.
