Good hosting for 10 sites

I need good hosting for about 10 small sites that I'm thinking of creating. I take Up time very seriously so please take this into consideration when offering your services.

1. The sites are very small and new so bandwidth used up will be minimal
2. I want to host all my sites in one account
3. Paypal payment only

 

go with bluehost or host gator both are good
