Problem with image size in lightbox

Hello, recently I installed lightbox on my website and it works fine, but at the beginning the images I had were too big ( 1700 px height), so I deleted them off the server, resized originals on my drive, and uploaded them again, with a new name.
Problem is, even tho now they're only 750px, they still open in lightbox with old size (1700px). I have no idea how to change it, I reuploaded all images, as well as all lightbox files, but they keep opening in the size that I opened them for the first time.

Any idea what can be wrong?

Clear your cache, if the file name are the same, the file might still be cached.

I cleared the cache, and even asked my friend to test on his computer, and he sees it in same way, I checked the files again...It's really confusing...

EDIT: I just added a folder into the old one, and moved places there, and changed paths in html code, works fine now, thanks anyway ^_^

I'm sorry for posting all those noob problems of mine, but it helps me figure out problems, puts me into the right way of thinking :)

    Thanks a lot itssangy.

What software did you use to resize the images.
If you use something like fireworks or photoshop you may of resized the image but the resolution has increased which means that your images are still the same in size.

I changed the size in px, using gimp, I use it for quite some time, and in windows details, it was showing 750px insteed of 1700px, so i guess it worked right.

In the end I even had a problem in IE that picture was showing as 750px but the "frame" ? the white background for image from lightbox was still of size of old image, totally messed up...

But just changing the folders helped.
