what you do when you are very angry, blood is boling at temp of boiling point

..and have water handy so you don't pass out

 

Go for a walk, or go into my bedroom and shut the door.

 

Probably kill someone. A lot of people need to die.

Anyways, when i get angry i just keep myself angry until it automatically gets down!

Try to listen some different songs, Specially melodious song. it works pretty good for me.

i try to control my anger by drinking lots of cold water.....if fail then i dunni what i can do
