    that should be really painful, m sure it will get better with time, doc might have suggested you to walk a bit i guess so that the blood circulation keeps on rotating.

    Hey,

    Yeah when i dont take my pain killers its very painful indeed. Also yes i have to try to walk when i can, but im doing hydrotherapy instead of physiotherapy at the moment, because that frame is so heavy, and my leg still technically is broken in 3 places, so being in water take a lot of the effort and pain out of doing exercises to help my leg get better sooner and keep the circulation moving too.
